Gosal Futsal Academy is a Christchurch-based futsal academy run by Shingo Ina, one of New Zealand’s most experienced futsal coaches.

Shingo believes futsal should be enjoyed and experienced by everyone in some shape or form. Whether a player is new to the game or already playing football, futsal has something to offer, more touches, quicker decisions, tighter spaces, and more chances to grow.

At Gosal, players don’t just play futsal, they learn how to use futsal to become better footballers.

Shingo’s coaching is technical, tactical, and focused on the individual. He is quickly able to read a player or team’s ability, identify what they need, and help them take the next step in their development.

But Gosal is also about belonging. We want players to feel part of something, a place where they can be challenged, supported, and encouraged to stay true to themselves while learning how to play together.
